Leadership has been one of my greatest teachers.
Over the past 20 years in corporate leadership and 11 years as an entrepreneur, I've led global teams, built businesses, coached leaders, and partnered with organizations around the world. Along the way, I've experienced leadership from many perspectives: as an employee, senior executive, consultant, founder, business owner, and executive coach.
I've had the privilege of working with Fortune 100 companies, including IBM, Merrill Lynch, and Intuit, while leading teams across more than 19 countries. Those experiences have shown me that while every leader's path is different, the greatest opportunity for growth begins with greater self-awareness, stronger self-trust, and a willingness to keep evolving.
That’s What Led Me To Coaching
Today, I work with leaders at every stage of their journey, from students preparing to enter the workforce to C-suite executives leading global organizations. Whether I'm speaking to an audience, coaching an executive, or facilitating a leadership program, my goal is the same: to help leaders better understand themselves, strengthen their influence, and navigate what's next with clarity and confidence.
As a three-time TEDx speaker, storytelling is central to how I teach. Stories create perspective, challenge assumptions, and help people see new possibilities for themselves and their leadership.
I also believe leadership is strengthened through community. Growth accelerates when we're surrounded by people who expand our thinking, offer honest feedback, and inspire us to lead at a higher level.
